This last day was another stunner; crammed with music, sun and love. Our very own rap queen Coely put the Red Stage on fire, while Fatoumata Diawara enchanted the Green Stage with her fabulous voice. Somewhat later the Caribbean heat descended over the park when Calypso Rose got on stage: sheer magic.
While the sun was inevitably setting behind the Atomium, Ziggy Marley paid tribute to his last name and STIKSTOF proved yet again that they rule over the Brussels rap scene. We forgot to mention lots of unforgettable concerts but all good things come to an end. Chinese Man was the perfect end to a memorable #CoulCaf18 with a true audiovisual gem and L'Or du Commun treated the rap fans to one last set of rhymes. When the last dancers left the Secret bar, the Dub Forest emptied out and the last brass bands stored their drums, we knew there was an abundance of love out there.
Because every smile is worth a thousand words, because every dance move charged our batteries and because Couleur Café can only exist through you: 66.000 times thanks for the most beautiful Couleur Café weekend in years. We will see each other again on the 28th, 29th and 30th of June 2019 for the 30th edition of Couleur Café!
