Five fabulous dub-friends
Blackbird Soundsystem was founded in 2015 but the members knew each other since the nineties and they have each collected a large vinyl collection since then. The sound was created because of the lack of real roots reggae events. To do full justice to those beautiful, magical roots anthems, step by step a real sound system was built. Meanwhile, they played at several festivals and regularly host their own Blackbird dances in Trix (Antwerp). Strictly roots & culture! Ready to meet them at the Dub stage?
