King of the UK dub scene
With a father who had his own sound system and a brother in reggae music, it's not surprising that Aba Shanti-I became one of the pioneers of the UK dub scene. We are very proud that he is coming to take over the Dub Stage on Saturday. His first single Tear down Babylon was launched in 1993 and was the start of an international career. Many years later, Aba Shanti-I is still at the top of the dub world with his pure sound system. His deep, physical basses immediately send every listener to the heart of the dance floor.
